Today, I woke up late, but got Chelsea to the airport on time. Later, I hung out in the Kaimuki and Diamond Head areas for a while to see if my repaired camera would be coming back to Hawaii Photo Rental, but the FedEx truck didn't get there before closing so I'm renting a body through the holidays.
Today is the one-year anniversary of the first night we met.
Today, I woke up late since I'd been up late after the storm last night, reading 'The Road' in an hour and a half before finally falling asleep. Later, I did a lot of work, including making new bokeh filters for the holidays.
Today, I suffered the consequences of having drinks with not enough food in my stomach, but Phil came by to save me with crackers and Gatorade. I suppose this is one area where losing 20lbs in the last year has not been a good thing. Later, we went to Ala Moana for some Goma Tei ramen and random shopping, before I came home for date night.
Today, we went to the park much later than the last two days, but managed to get fast passes for Soaring Over California in the afternoon before going on Space Mountain. Later, after walking around Disneyland a bit more, we went to California Adventure Park for the Soaring Over California ride before going back to the hotel for a break. We did go back to Disneyland in time for the fireworks one last time. I think we're spoiled for Disneyland at night now, with all the Christmas decor!
Today, I spent the day hanging out with Aimee and our friend Jen and Jen's mom, going shopping at the NEX and at Pearlridge. Later, I went to Target and got the last of my craft room furniture, so hopefully I can set that up after I finish my photo editing.
Today, I got up and drove to town to return my rented lens to Hawaii Photo Rental. Later, I came home and continued working on editing photos.
Today, I got up really early to finish up my latest work on my portfolio site. Later, I took a nap before getting up again to run errands and prepare for a Halo night. Slowly but surely I'm catching up on my work.
Today, I ended up doing more Army-related errands that needed to get done, but at least my lawn will get mowed for me now. Later, I headed to town to do headshots, but my client had an emergency, so I spent the late afternoon practicing portraits with Kaeo instead. We are both super stoked on this photo!
Today, we had an article about us published in the Honolulu Advertiser! We had our photo on the front page, as well as in the Island Life section. Later, I worked at home on all the things I need to get done before I go to San Diego.
