Today, I spent the early afternoon running errands, including more art supplies because I've been really feeling like doing some painting lately. Later, I joined Jonas, Scotty, and Shireen at the Waikiki Aquarium for photographer's night. I spent most of my time photographing the jellyfish, but was foiled out of perfect focus by a combination of open aperture and the thick, rounded glass of the tank.
Today, I woke up at a reasonable time, and worked all morning on editing. Later, Aimee stopped by with a boba milk tea for me, and Phil came by even later to drop off my vacuum cleaner, but I just edited wedding photos until I couldn't edit anymore. I think I've processed over 1000 photos in the last 24 hours.
Today, I got out of bed late even though Koda had been waking me up periodically all morning, before going out to finish my Thanksgiving grocery shopping. Later, Leo the Mastiff got dropped off, as I am babysitting him for the weekend while his parents are off-island. At least I have a giant guard dog now!
Today, I did editing and chores around the house after waking up much earlier than expected. Later, I went out to run errands, but everything seemed to constantly go wrong for the rest of the day, finished with ruining my last roll of Kodachrome 64. I have given up on today.
Today, I had Phil come over to calibrate his screen using my monitor calibrator. Later, I went shopping with Aimee for last minute pieces for her Halloween costume.
Today, I tried to sleep off my incoming cold until the maintenance guys came to take our 'borrowed' washer and dryer. Later, I took Koda to the vet, but because she gets carsick she threw up four times between AMR and Ft. Shafter. Koda and I both had a trying day today, but we spent some time in the backyard this afternoon just lying around in the grass.
Today, I woke up late, then went to drop off discs of my photos from the wedding yesterday to Marina. Later, I took Koda for a walk, then actually cooked myself dinner.
Today, I went to town to get lunch with Aimee and then have a wedding dress fitting for a modeling gig I'm doing next week at the Honolulu Design Center. Later, I came home and took Koda for a walk with my mom, and during our walk photographed the Native Hawaiian Stilts, or Ae'o, that reside in the drainage ditch in my military housing community. I'm loving the rain.

Today, I woke up early yet again, and flew back to Maui with my mom and Koda, who's finally come back to Oahu. Later, we went and finally bought my Keurig, so I will have coffee at home again. Unfortunately, after this intense weekend, I think I'm getting sick.
Today, I ran errands at the Federal Building, and successfully submitted the forms I needed to get my passport and Social Security updated with my new name. Later, I bought a new pair of 'work shorts' (acceptable for photographing beach weddings) before heading home to do some work mixed in with relaxation. It was ridiculously hot today.
