Today, I finally bought my 7D and 50mm f1.4 lens before locking my keys in my trunk and needing my mom to come rescue me. Later, I met up with Kaveh in Waikiki to do a photo shoot at Hotel Renew, where I pretended to be a model and he pretended to be a pervert with a camera in a bathrobe. (The bathrobe was just on for this shot, haha!)
Today, my mom and I went to Kaimuki and had coffee and sandwiches at Coffee Talk. Later, we came home, and after my mom finished our bookshelves, we finally started unpacking some of the many boxes in my house.
Today, I finally got dishes and other basic kitchen supplies for the house with the help of my mom. Later, we took Koda for her first evening walk around the neighborhood.
Today, I woke up early yet again, and flew back to Maui with my mom and Koda, who's finally come back to Oahu. Later, we went and finally bought my Keurig, so I will have coffee at home again. Unfortunately, after this intense weekend, I think I'm getting sick.
Today, I flew to Maui early in the morning, and got to go home for a little while before getting picked up by Mike Carino and Mike Orbito. Later, we spent the afternoon and evening shooting Mike Carino's cousin's wedding in Wailea and Wailuku.
This daily was posted late due to technical difficulties and schedules, but the photo was taken that day.
Today, I got up early to head to Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii for a special viewing of the Blue Angels' rehearsal show, before the main performances this weekend. I took a ton of photos (1256 to be precise), but have yet to edit them because I'm exhausted and have to prepare to go to Maui to shoot a wedding tomorrow. Later, I came home and worked on getting photos uploaded to my computer while packing for the weekend. Hope I make it through the wedding tomorrow, my arms feel like jelly from holding up a heavy lens all day.
Today, I ran errands at the Federal Building, and successfully submitted the forms I needed to get my passport and Social Security updated with my new name. Later, I bought a new pair of 'work shorts' (acceptable for photographing beach weddings) before heading home to do some work mixed in with relaxation. It was ridiculously hot today.
Today, I woke up pretty late after staying up to play Halo, but went to get lunch with Kaeo. Later, I came home and worked on blog posts for D'amour Pacific Photography. Realizing I had no daily, I walked down the street to get one. Hope the neighbors don't think I'm a creeper.
Today, I got up early so the community maintenance could come and finally replace our cracked fridge drawer. Later, I ran errands before coming home to take new passport photos of myself, as well as a celebratory daily photo, since Glee starts up again tonight!
Today, I got up early to have a phone meeting with my State Farm agent, who just wants to 'check in' with people from time to time. Later, I went to Ala Moana to take advantage of Victoria Secret's PINK panties sale today, and got $66.50 worth in underwear for only $25.
